Dear Colleagues,
International Digestive Endoscopy Network (IDEN) 2018 will be held at the Grand Hilton Hotel, Seoul, Korea from June 29 to July 1, 2018. Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (KSGE) and American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) will join together to host KSGE-ASGE Joint sessions in IDEN 2018.
We are currently preparing a number of things to develop IDEN as a truly international academic society in the near future. As part of that, IDEN 2018 will be held with more than 100 foreign participants from more than 20 countries.
At IDEN 2018, many physicians and researchers from all over the world will participate to present and discuss the latest advances in the fields of upper GI, lower GI and pancreatobiliary endoscopy. The scientific programs will include live demonstrations for cutting-edge practice and skills in gastrointestinal endoscopy. In addition, Asian Network Sessions and Hands-on courses will be held during this conference.
IDEN 2018 also has special programs, the ‘Asian Young Endoscopist Award (AYEA)” and 'Young Endoscopist Forum’ for young scientists. Since IDEN 2014, more than 20 endoscopists every year have participated in these programs, including observation of endoscopy practice in high-level hospitals in Korea sponsored by KSGE and actual practice in hands-on course. We encourage many young endoscopists from all over the world will participate in these programs.
We truly expect your continued cooperation and active participation for the forthcoming IDEN 2018 and hope to see all of you during this exciting conference in Seoul, Korea.
